This program is designed to equip participants with essential critical thinking skills so they can tackle complex business problems objectively and make more prudent business decisions. Participants will be led through a series of activities created to teach the critical thinking concept and specific problem-solving and decision-making skills including how to think critically, how to arrive at a conclusion via logic and reasoning, common logical fallacies, how to define a complex problem, identify root causes, weigh options, and develop effective solutions.
