     Strategic thinking is the ability to know what you want to achieve and how to achieve it. On a business level, strategy thinking means that you are able to come up with effective plans to resolve a situation or to achieve a company’s goal. In addition, strategic thinking has to do with finding alternative ways of competing and providing customer value.

     This strategic management course helps participants to understand the fundamental of strategic management process including how to conduct situational analysis, formulate and execute strategies. Thus, this would eventually help organization to create sustainable competitive advantage in the industry.
