STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT

     Strategic thinking is the ability to know what you want to achieve and how to achieve it. On a business level, strategy thinking means that you are able to come up with effective plans to resolve a situation or to achieve a company’s goal. In addition, strategic thinking has to do with finding alternative ways of competing and creating a superior long-term performance for the company.

     This strategic management course helps participants to understand the fundamental of strategic thinking process including how to create future direction, situation analysis, strategy formulation, strategy execution, and evaluation. Thus, this would eventually help organization to create sustainable competitive advantage in the industry.
