CORPORATE INNOVATION BY DESIGN THINKING

     Participants will learn the key principles of Design Thinking: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. The course combines quick recap sessions, domestic and global examples, group discussions, and workshops to ensure participants are familiar with the tools and techniques. They will gain a strong foundation and practical skills to apply these concepts in their professional roles and enhance collaboration within their teams. The course also introduces Human x AI Ideation and Prototyping Workshops, showing participants how to leverage human creativity alongside the power of AI to expand ideas, accelerate prototyping, and generate breakthrough solutions.

 

     This course is inspired by the methodologies of Stanford, MIT, and IDEO, and adapted to the Thai business context to ensure maximum relevance and practical application.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

     Participants will learn how to apply customer-centric tools and Design Thinking principles in both their professional roles and daily lives. The course emphasizes building the ability to deeply understand customer needs and design solutions that truly resonate with the target audience, fostering an ongoing innovation mindset
